Melanie Kehoe

Meet Mel, Associate Director and Head of our Accounts Team. Mel is well-versed in the art of accounting, having spent 7 of her 14-year career teaching padawans in AAT, CIMA, ACCA, ICAEW, and CIPFA. When she’s not teaching, she's doing an amazing job leading our accounting team and supporting clients achieve their dreams. Not only that, but she's been the go-to for defining pricing models, improving processes, and spotting efficiencies, both at A+L and for our lovely clients. When Mel isn’t spinning plates, she’s the social butterfly we all know and love, planning excursions from scrambling up Snowdon to finding a spot for an ice-cold pint!
