Accounts and Legal are seeking an administrator to support the new business function within our rapidly expanding firm.

The role will report to the Business Development Manager in London and will work out of our London office in Camden.

It is anticipated that the successful candidate will move into a new business/ sales role in the future once up to speed on the services we offer to clients and understands our key USPs, so some sales aptitude would be beneficial.

Typical tasks will include:

  • Preparing documentation for new clients
  • Completing anti money laundering procedures
  • Maintaining sales pipeline records
  • Managing certain key business processes and controls
  • Admin support for the accounts team
  • Answering and distributing inbound calls

Good knowledge of Microsoft applications required, particularly Word and Excel, professional and diligent attitude to work and polite telephone manner essential. Knowledge of small business operations and accounting would be beneficial but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £16,000.00 to £20,000.00 /year
