Neil has been in the industry for over 25 years, and as a fully qualified accountant who has worked his way up the ranks – he knows a thing or two about helping businesses.
In his previous role, Neil was instrumental in helping the Danbro Business Brand grow from zero to 1500 clients. During which he helped develop a bullet-proof team and service offering centered around helping business owners achieve their dreams.
Not only that, but he’s an advocate for everything we hold dearly at Accounts and Legal.

FounderThe brains behind the operation, Neil set up Accounts and Legal back in 2015 driven by a desire to make accounting more useful for business owners.
After working as a business analyst at Bain Capital, Neil became adept at looking at businesses, identifying their problems, and working out how to help.
After conducting his own research, he found that most business owners felt underwhelmed by their accountants.
Something needed to change.
And so, Accounts and Legal was born, a firm designed to be genuinely useful to business owners by combining accounting and legal services under one roof.

Business Development DirectorMeet Lorraine, our National Director of sales and Head of all things new business and sales.
Lorraine has experience working across a variety of sectors, from scaling her very own Mortgage Advisory Business to selling high-end care homes, gaining a wealth of knowledge in the world of property, finance, healthcare and HR.
Before joining the A+L dream team, Lorraine was responsible for running the sales department of a global HR software company, meaning she knows a thing or two about helping business owners navigate tricky times.
Outside of work you’ll find Lorraine, a self-professed ‘sunworshipper’, spending time outdoors with her children or unwinding with a generous glass of prosecco.

Head of PayrollBecky Dillion really is a woman of many talents.
Not only is she a Payroll Pro, she’s also a fully-fledged life-coach who runs networking events for women in business. When does she have time to sleep?
A self-described ‘Payroll-lifer’ Becky has worked in the industry for over 20 years and has worked in-house with huge brands such as ITV, Network Rail and Premier Foods.
Becky Dillion started the A+L Payroll department back in 2021 and since then has grown the team to five strong, handling hundreds of clients payroll each month.
Outside the office, you can find Becky cheering on Manchester United Women’s team, taking photos of her food and socialising with her nearest.

Head of LegalMeet Rachel Duncan, our Head of Legal.
Rachel singlehandedly launched the legal part of our offering back in 2019, and since then has worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes.
With over 20 years of experience, Rachel is a specialist in all the things your business will need: from business sales and purchases, due diligence, company restructuring, commercial contracts and commercial leases (the list just keeps going).
To keep things simple, Rachel likes to be known as a ‘Business Lawyer’.
Her experience and commercial know-how mean she goes on the journey with our clients, supporting them with all the various legal ups and downs along the way.
When she’s not keeping everyone at A+L in check, Rachel is a skier, runner and theatre fan.
